All lodging requests are handled directly by the State Parks Reservation system on a first come/first serve basis. Indiana SAAC has no control of room choices or offers “same room as last year” preferences. Please call (877) 563-4371 and reference our Group Code “0515AC” for discounted rates. Room rates subject to standard pricing after the April 18th Registration Deadline.
Friday Pony Trails 8:45am Drivers Meeting at the Abe Martin Lodge 9am Cue Up at the pool parking lot by the West Gate 9:30 Departure, heading to Huber’s Orchard & Winery—Borden, IN w/group lunch Return to the park on your own. Saturday Car Show Show field opens at 8:30am—PLEASE do not show up early asking to get in. Cars must queue up in the Staging Lot south-east of the show site—PLEASE follow instructions of the parking assistants. If not pre-registered, you must get a form from the parking assistants and have filled out prior to entry. Registration closes at 11am Lunch Cookout opens at 11:30am Judging begins at Noon. Awards presentation on site ~3:30/4pm—weather permitting. Dinner Banquet in Melodian Hall 7pm for pre-registered guest. Doors open ~8pm all other guests.
